V 1.15 update - get crankin'

I've made a couple of tweaks to the game...

First, I improved the wonky rendition of the Funeral March when you die. It was getting on my nerves, even if it was an incentive not to get shot.

Secondly, you can spin the crank forward to reload - round about a full turn should do it, had to make it so it wasn't too sensitive and reloading constantly.
